We are located along the I-5 corridor, south of Seattle, near Tacoma. Our weather is usually fair throughout the year. Not too cold in the winter, not too hot in the summer. Yes, it does rain here in the winter months.

There is a large array of things to do year round. Indoor and outdoor Concerts, theatre, scubadiving year-round, snow skiing in the winter, waterskiing in the summer. Fishing, boating, hiking on Mt Rainier, hydroplane racing, the Pacific Ocean is only a short drive away,well you get the picture....lots of things to go do.
